GDOC: Gaming Disciples Of Christ
GDOC is a quarterly outreach event hosted at Mountain View Church that seeks to connect with teens through their love of gaming.
Mission Statement
Gaming Disciples of Christ (GDOC) acknowledges that media entertainment is inherently selfish with a potentially negative influence on teens.

- Develop and foster a fun, safe gaming community for teens
- Reach teens through their love of gaming
- Disciple teens to live out their calling from Christ
- Encourage teens to exercise self-control with regards to media consumption
- Teach teens to make the most of technology in service to others
Alpha-Omegathon

For the newbs, it is a tournament of all sorts of games and in the end only one will be left standing and be known as an Alpha-Omeganaut.
Our current list of Alpha-Omeganauts:
What games are we gonna play you ask? Let's just say if you consider it a game, we can play it. HOWEVER! If the game is too violent or contains bad stuff, we probably won't play it.
Gaming hardware that might be present: PS 3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii, Wii U, NES Classic, Nintendo DS/3DS, Nintendo Switch, PS Vita, Rock Band & Guitar Hero gear, iPhone, Android, iPad, board games, and card games.
